Getting in and around Noosa

Sunshine Coast Airport

Getting to Noosa takes some time, as Noosa doesn't have its very own airport. However, there are a few airports nearby. The closest airport to Noosa is the Sunshine Coast Airport in Marcoola. It's about a 40-minute drive from the airport to Noosa, although driving past the lush scenery makes the distance very manageable. You can also fly into Brisbane Airport, which is just under two hours away.

Getting around Noosa can be quite fun. It's fairly quaint and getting around is easy whether it be by foot, car, bike or bus. As everything in Noosa is so close and accessible - even the beaches - walking is a nice option, and this way you get to see more of Noosa's beautiful nature.
